We ship blank sublimation products the same day, if the order is placed by 12pm.

Personalized products are shipped according to the length of time it takes to make the item.

Typically, the shipping timeframe is between 5-10 business days.

If you have not received your order, contact the local shipping company that delivered the order and file a claim.

We insure our products depending on the price. Products $20 and up have insurance on them.

We do not accept returns due to shipping delays.

We are not responsible for delays AFTER we given the package to the shipping company.

We will not assume responsibility for late, lost, damaged, or stolem packages once they have shipped. If your item is lost/stolen, you, the buyer need to make a claim with the shipping company, i.e. USPS, FEDEX, UPS.
