How fast do you ship an order?We ship blank sublimation products the same day, if the order is placed by 12pm.

How fast do you ship a personalized order?Personalized products are shipped according to the length of time it takes to make the item. Typically, the shipping timeframe is between 5-10 business days.

My package says delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?"If you have not received your order, contact the local shipping company that delivered the order and file a claim.

Do you insure your products?We insure our products depending on the price. Products $20 and up have insurance on them.

Do you have order pick-up?Not at this time. We may consider it in the future.

What is your return policy?We do not accept returns due to shipping delays. We do not accept on personalized items. We do not accept returns, unless an error is made by us.

How do you handle shipping delays?We make every effort to make sure we ship your packages in the estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for delays AFTER we given the package to the shipping company.

What happens if my order is Late, Lost, Stolen, or Damaged?"We will not assume responsibility for late, lost, damaged, or stolem packages once they have shipped. If your item is lost/stolen, you, the buyer need to make a claim with the shipping company, i.e. USPS, FEDEX, UPS.
