* Once we release the order to the shipping company, it is out of our control.

* We are NOT responsible for shipping delays that may cause you to receive your order at a late date. 

** If Your Order is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged, please make a claim directly with the post office.** 

 

LATE, LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN PACKAGE

 

** We will not assume responsibility for late, lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have shipped. If your item is lost/stolen, you, the buyer need to make a claim with shipping company, i.e. USPS, FEDEX, UPS. 

We cannot refund/reimburse/reship any purchases.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: 

 

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates on purchases during the holiday season. Once we give your package to the shipping company, it is on their timeframe for delivery.
